How do I care for my Pfaltzgraff stoneware and dinnerware?
Most Pfaltzgraff dinnerware is dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend using a low-heat setting and non-citrus detergents to preserve the finish. For items with metallic accents, hand washing is required and they should not be used in the microwave.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 90-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your items arrive broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged goods and packaging to facilitate a free replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select U.S. territories. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time, but we are looking into expanding our delivery options in the future.
Are your products lead and cadmium-safe?
Yes, all Pfaltzgraff products meet or exceed all federal and state government safety regulations, including California's Proposition 65. Our dinnerware is rigorously tested to ensure it is safe for food contact.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
